Pizza has always been one of my favourite food groups. I have engaged in long debates as to the validity of putting pineapple on pizza and have long grappled with the question of where on the pizza-not pizza spectrum flatbread is located. All that being said my true love remains a nice brick oven pizza.
With the global pandemic and a lot of social distancing it has been very hard to find a brick oven pizza, it took me a while to find a solution. In the words of every successful villain ever, I said “I’ll do it my self”. This is what lead me to build a Brick Pizza oven in my backyard. With a little trial and error I was able to make pizza with the right flavour and consistacy.
